- Hapuschi Wadi sells Alphonso mangoes directly from our orchards.
- Services are available in Pune & Mumbai (unless otherwise specified).
- All images are for representation; actual mangoes may vary slightly in size, shape, and color.
Orders & Payments
- Orders must be prepaid (UPI, Cards, Wallets) or Cash on Delivery (where available).
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances (stock issues, incorrect address, etc.).
Pricing
- Prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Delivery charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.
Liability
- We take utmost care to deliver fresh mangoes. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier/logistics partners.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
3. Refund & Return Policy
At Hapuschi Wadi, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Returns
- Since mangoes are perishable products, we do not accept returns once delivered.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued only if:
- The product is damaged/spoiled at the time of delivery.
- The wrong product was delivered.
Process
- Raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.

- Once approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
